Cancelling Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it when requested.

If the cancellation is accepted, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancelling After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel the shipment before delivery.

In such cases, you may need to follow the applicable returns procedure.

Statutory Cancellation Rights
