PrimeCards is an online store selling sealed sports and entertainment trading card boxes and cases to customers in the United Kingdom. The seller name is Primecards.
What we sell
Our catalogue is organised around sealed collecting formats. Each product page should identify the item offered, its format and quantity. Before buying, check whether the listing is for a pack, an individual box or a case containing multiple boxes. Check the edition, language and configuration stated in the description.
Trading card contents may be randomly allocated. A product description may list possible cards, parallels or autographs without guaranteeing that a particular card will be in every box. Guaranteed inclusions should be expressly identified. A collecting product does not guarantee a financial return.

For questions about a particular item, its condition, source or availability, contact us with the product name or page link before ordering. We can address the specific product enquiry without implying a manufacturer affiliation or authorised-dealer status.
UK delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only and UK shipping is free. Our cut-off is 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday, Europe/London time. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 2–3 business days, giving a total estimated delivery of 3–5 business days. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Returns and support
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Under our voluntary change-of-mind policy, products must remain unused and sealed. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we pay return costs for faulty, damaged or wrong items. No restocking fee applies, and exchanges are accepted subject to stock.
Refunds are issued within 5 calendar days after inspection, subject to any earlier legal deadline. Our policies explain the separate statutory cancellation right and your rights for goods that are faulty or do not match their description.
